Aluminum coffee bags are designed with a stand-up pouch structure, with a wide bottom for a stable upright position, and a zipper closure at the top to ensure sealing, effectively blocking the air to keep the coffee fresh. The bag is digitally printed with high-precision brand logo and product information in vivid colors and rich layers. The top hanging hole is designed for retail display, allowing consumers to easily hang the bag on shelves or kitchen hooks.
Features
1. Zipper closure
The polyethylene/polypropylene zipper at the top has an industry-standard sealing strength of 0.3kgf/cm² or more, ensuring that the zipper remains sealed even after 100 times of opening and closing. The concave-convex biting structure effectively blocks oxygen and moisture, extending the freshness of coffee beans to 6 months after opening.
2. Stand-up pouch structure
The bottom five layers of composite materials are molded by hot pressing to form a three-dimensional triangular support structure, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 500g of coffee powder still stable and upright after filling. Side 15 ° tilt angle design conforms to the ergonomic access habits, to enhance the dual adaptability of shelf display and desktop placement.
3. Digital printing process
adopts 1200dpi high-precision UV inkjet technology, CMYK + spot color printing to achieve 92% Pantone color gamut coverage. Coffee cup pattern details up to 0.1mm precision, brand logo scratch-resistant test up to 5N strength does not fall off, in line with food contact grade printing standards.
4. Hanging design
φ8mm round hanging hole on the top adopts laser perforation process, and the edge is heat-sealed and strengthened, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 2kg. Used with supermarket hooks, it can realize 360° rotating display and enhance the reach rate of consumers by more than 40%.
