Product description
The mask packaging is made of aluminum foil composite material with metallic luster on the surface, effectively blocking light and moisture. The top easy-to-tear opening is designed with laser micro-perforation technology, and the neatness of the opening reaches industrial standard A grade. The three-side sealing structure is molded by hot pressing, and the sealing strength of the left, right and bottom sides reaches 1.8kgf/cm², and the top opening is designed for easy access to the mask. The thickness of the aluminum foil layer is 12μm, which, together with the cloth-based film material, ensures the stability of the active ingredients in the 15-minute firming treatment.
Features
1. Aluminum foil pouch material: 12μm gold foil composite PET/PE material, the surface shows a metallic luster, oxygen permeability is less than 0.3cm³/(m²-24h-0.1MPa), water vapor permeability is less than 0.15g/(m²-24h). Aluminum foil layer effectively blocks light and moisture to ensure the stability of the active ingredients of the mask, suitable for 15-minute firming treatment needs.
2. Easy tearing structure: the top of the mask adopts laser micro-perforation process to form a continuous dotted line marking, and the tearing strength is controlled between 1.2N and 2.0N. The neatness of the tear reaches industrial standard A grade, avoiding debris contamination of the contents, while retaining the integrity of the heat-sealed edge.
3. Three-side sealing modeling: the left, right and bottom three sides are sealed by hot press molding, the sealing temperature is controlled at 180-200℃, the pressure is 0.4MPa, the time is 2s, and the sealing tape is formed to be 1.5mm wide. After testing, the three-side seal structure can withstand 1.8kgf vertical tension, 1.2m drop test without breakage, effectively preventing the deformation of the package caused by extrusion during transportation.
