The collision of black and gold highlights the luxurious texture. The inner tray is made of flocking material, and the grooves are precisely dug according to the shape of the candle. Features
1. Top and bottom cover structure: adopting the classic top and bottom cover design, the lid and the box body are seamlessly matched through precision cutting and folding technology, and the opening and closing are smooth and stable.
2. Coated paper: The outer box uses 250g high-grade coated paper, the surface feels delicate like silk, and the white base is printed with four colors. The color reproduction degree reaches 98%. The paper has excellent stiffness, and the crease is not easy to crack after the indentation treatment, which not only ensures the three-dimensional sense of the packaging, but also provides a perfect carrier for the hot stamping process.
3. Hot stamping technology: The brand LOGO is presented in the center of the box cover using hot stamping technology. The 0.3mm precision gold electroplated aluminum is perfectly integrated with the coated paper at a high temperature of 120℃, and the pattern edges are sharp and without burrs. The black and gold color scheme creates a strong visual impact, enhancing brand recognition and product luxury.
4. Flocking inner support: The inner lining uses water-soluble flocking cloth, which is fixed to the EPP foam substrate through an ultrasonic dispensing process to form a groove that fits the aromatherapy candle perfectly.

After receiving the sample fee and confirming all materials and designs, the sample preparation time is about 1-5 working days, and the express delivery will be arranged after the sample is completed, or it will be verified in the form of pictures, videos.
4. What is the lead time for mass production?
Usually 15-25 days. Expedited orders can be made.
