Product description
Laundry detergent stand-up pouches have a top center handle for easy one-handed lifting and a laser-perforated top edge with an easy-tear opening. The bottom and side eight side sealing shape enhances the transportation stability, and the 1.6kg bag still maintains its shape after filling. It is made of high barrier laminating film with hot press sealing process, effectively blocking moisture and light.
Features
1. Handle design: the top round handle is injection molded with PP material, with a load capacity of 2kg, which meets the lifting and pulling needs of 1.6kg laundry detergent after filling.
2. Aluminum foil bag material: the bag body is made of 12μm soft aluminum foil compounded with PET/PE material, with oxygen transmission rate lower than 0.5cm³/(m²-24h-0.1MPa) and water vapor transmission rate lower than 0.2g/(m²-24h). Aluminum foil layer effectively blocks light and moisture, keeping the active ingredients of washing powder stable.
3. Easy tearing structure: The sealing place adopts laser micro-perforation technology to form a continuous V-shaped tearing line, and the tearing strength is controlled between 1.5N and 2.5N. The neatness of the tear reaches industrial standard grade A, avoiding debris contamination of the contents.
4. Octagonal sealing shape: the bottom and sides are formed into an octagonal three-dimensional structure by hot press molding, and the side 15° tilt angle design enhances the stability of shelf display. The octagonal seal structure passes the 1.2m drop test without breakage, and the load-bearing capacity is 40% higher than that of the traditional four-side seal, which effectively prevents the deformation of the package caused by extrusion during transportation.
