The lamination process gives the surface wear-resistant and waterproof properties while retaining the touch of paper.

1. Top and bottom cover: Adopting the classic top and bottom cover design, the box cover and the box body are seamlessly matched through 0.5mm tolerance control, and the opening and closing are smooth and stable. The gray board substrate is precisely cut and folded to ensure that the edges are neat as knife cutting, showing the craftsmanship level of high-end packaging.
2. Coated paper gray board material: The outer layer uses 250g high-grade coated paper, the surface touch is delicate like silk, the printing restoration degree reaches 98%, and the color level of the forest pattern is accurately presented. The inner layer of 3mm gray board provides rigid support, and the anti-deformation ability is increased by 30%, taking into account both aesthetics and load-bearing requirements.
3. Hot stamping technology: The edge of the box cover adopts hot stamping technology, and the geometric pattern with a precision of 0.3mm is perfectly integrated with the coated paper at a high temperature of 120℃. The thickness of the gold electroplated aluminum layer reaches 5μm, and the edge of the pattern is sharp and has no burrs. The blue and gold color scheme creates a strong visual impact and enhances brand recognition.
4. Lamination: The surface is treated with BOPP film lamination, the glossiness is increased to 85%, and the touch is as smooth as glass. The thickness of the lamination layer is 12μm, with IPX4 waterproof performance, which effectively prevents the pattern from being worn.

After receiving the sample fee and confirming all materials and designs, the sample preparation time is about 1-5 working days, and the express delivery will be arranged after the sample is completed, or it will be verified in the form of pictures, videos.
