Magnetic folding gift box with foldable design, soft mist powder gray board framed and stylized. A satin ribbon bow adorns the surface of the box, and the lamination process gives the box a pearl luster and scratch-resistant performance. Folding the box into a three-dimensional storage space, only 3cm thick, portable and beautiful, suitable for weddings, birthdays and other multiple scenarios.
Features
1. Gray board material: 3mm high-density gray board is used as the main structure, and the foldable frame is made by die-cutting and creasing process. Gray board fiber uniform distribution, bending strength of 1200kPa, to ensure that the box load-bearing up to 5kg.
2. Magnetic folding: Original three-stage folding structure, through the bottom of the box hidden magnetic device to achieve rapid opening and closing. When unfolded, it forms a solid rectangle, and after folded, the thickness is reduced to 3.2cm, saving 75% storage space. The corners are rounded R5 to avoid transportation bumps.
3. Satin bow: customized 2.5cm width grosgrain ribbon, high temperature shaping treatment to maintain three-dimensional shape. The bow adopts double ring buckle design, the length of the end is accurate to 18cm, and it naturally falls down to form an elegant arc. The end of the ribbon is laser cut to prevent the hairy edges from shedding.
4. Laminating process: the outer box is covered with biaxially oriented polypropylene film with a thickness of 22μm, giving the box IPX4 waterproof performance.

After receiving the sample fee and confirming all materials and designs, the sample preparation time is about 1-5 working days, and the express delivery will be arranged after the sample is completed, or it will be verified in the form of pictures, videos.
