Features
1. Top and bottom cover: It adopts a separate top and bottom cover design. The upper cover and the bottom box are vertically fitted, the closing force is uniform, and it automatically positions when the opening angle reaches 90°. The box body has tough lines and presents a high-grade matte texture. The corners are processed by CNC precision carving, and the error is controlled within ±0.1mm.
2. Gold stamping process: The words "Burnt Caramel Hazelnuts" on the box surface adopt gold stamping technology, with a line width of 0.2mm and an overprinting accuracy of 0.05mm. The hot stamping layer is cured at 300℃, forming a 6:1 contrast with the dark brown background, strengthening the brand memory point.
3. Blister inner tray: The inner tray is made of food-grade PET material with a thickness of 0.5mm. The chocolate outline is accurately replicated through the vacuum blister molding process, and the positioning groove tolerance is ±0.1mm.
