1. Special paper: The outer box uses 300g high-density special paper, with a matte film on the surface, and feels as delicate as velvet. The paper is specially colored to present a light gray background, and the fiber texture is clearly visible.
2. Hot stamping technology: Both the box cover and the inner tray use hot stamping technology. The "HANDMADE NAILS" on the box cover is 3mm high, and a 0.1mm precision laser engraving template is used. The font edge is sharp and has no burrs. The hot stamping brand slogan on the side of the inner tray forms a visual echo with the box cover, forming a strong brand logo.
3. White card inner tray: The inner tray uses 250g high-stiffness white cardboard, and 10 precise grooves are formed by honeycomb die-cutting. After the nail sticker is embedded, it maintains a 2mm safety distance from the upper edge of the box. The white inner tray and the colored sticker form an 85% brightness contrast, which not only protects the product but also enhances the display effect.
