The aromatherapy box adopts the design of upper cover and lower plug, which is convenient to open and close; the local UV process improves the surface gloss and wear resistance; the lamination treatment enhances the moisture-proof performance and protects the packaging; the built-in white tile inner support is stable and shockproof, ensuring the safety of product transportation, and the design takes into account both beauty and practicality.
Features
1. Upper cover and lower plug design: adopts embedded buckle structure, and the upper cover edge is equipped with a 0.5cm wide guide groove, which forms a precise bite with the lower plug, and can be easily opened at a 15° angle with one hand. After closing, the gap tolerance is ≤0.2mm, which effectively prevents dust from intruding, and avoids accidental opening during transportation to ensure product safety.
2. Local UV process: Selective UV curing is implemented on the brand LOGO and floral pattern on the box surface, with a coating thickness of 8-10μm, forming a tactile and perceptible three-dimensional logo. The UV area forms a gloss difference with the matte base color to enhance brand recognition.
3. Lamination treatment: Biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) is used, with a thickness of 15μm, to extend the service life of the packaging.
4. White tile inner support structure: The inner support is made of white tile material to prevent displacement during transportation and withstand the impact of product drops. After the drop test, the product integrity rate reached 95%.
