Printed products belong to customized products, can not be sold twice, so we do not accept any returns if it is not a product quality problem.

All manuscripts need to be confirmed by the customer before printing. Please confirm the manuscript carefully, including single not limited to: box type, size, color, process, text content, etc., if you do not have time to really or not carefully check, and caused by the goods are not right and loss, we will not be responsible.

Momei can provide free design, but the copyright of the work belongs to Momei. Customers can also choose to pay for the design, the copyright belongs to the customer, Momei with the output of AI, CDR, PS, PDF, JPG, PNG and other file formats.
