Product description
The wide bottom width of the stand-up pouch with nozzle ensures 98% upright stability after 1.8kg filling. The top slanting nozzle is injection molded from PP material with 45° inclination, with flow control accuracy of ±2ml, and with sealing ring to achieve IP67 level of leakage prevention. The surface of glossy material is coated with UV varnish with glossiness ≥85GU, which not only improves the hand feeling but also strengthens the moisture-proof performance.
Features
1. Stand-up pouch structure: made of PET/PE composite material, with V-shaped crease at the bottom + square bottom molding process, forming 115° three-dimensional support angle. After 1.8kg loading test, the standing stability reaches 99.2%, the bottom heat compression strength is 1.5kgf/cm², 1.5m fall without tipping. Bag thickness 90μm, side heat sealing width 8mm, to ensure pressure-bearing capacity.
2. Slant nozzle design: the top slant nozzle is injection molded with 45° inclination PP material, flow control accuracy ±2ml, with silicone sealing ring to achieve IP67 level leakage prevention. The nozzle opening is optimized by hydrodynamic simulation to ensure smooth extrusion of the mud film without wall hanging, and the sealing performance is not attenuated after 3,000 times of opening and closing test.
3. Glossy material: The surface is coated with double-layer UV varnish, glossiness ≥85GU, delicate touch and anti-fingerprint. The material passes the COF (coefficient of friction) test, sliding ≤ 0.3, which is convenient for quick extraction of a single package of mud film. The glossy treatment also improves the barrier performance, water vapor transmission rate ≤ 0.1g/(m²-).
