Transparent self-adhesive stickers are made of high-quality PVC material, both flexible and tear-resistant performance, can be adapted to the curved surface of the paste demand. The surface is coated with transparent PET film, forming a waterproof and oil-proof barrier, which has been verified to resist erosion by water mist and keep the text pattern clear. The coating process also improves the abrasion resistance index, reducing the coefficient of friction by 60% and extending the outdoor use cycle. The label is printed with brand logo and tower pattern, applicable to daily chemicals, logistics and other multi-scenario identification, is a practical solution for product traceability and brand display.
Features
1.PVC material: industrial-grade polyvinyl chloride substrate, through the two-way stretching process to achieve 0.12mm ultra-thin structure, both flexibility and deformation resistance. The material has passed the SGS environmental protection certification, and can be directly contacted with food packaging. After -30℃ low temperature freezing test, the label still remains flat and not brittle, adapting to the cold chain transportation scenario.
2. Waterproof performance: The surface is laminated with nano-scale waterproof coating, forming a lotus leaf effect barrier. Experimental data show that after 72 hours of immersion in 25℃ water, the ink adhesion still reaches 4B standard, far exceeding the industry average.
3. Lamination process: BOPP biaxially oriented polypropylene film is used for full lamination, with a thickness of only 18 μm, but to achieve a triple enhancement: wear index increased to 5000 rpm, gloss up to 92GU, UV curing ink presents a three-dimensional metallic texture.
4. Tear-resistant structure: the tear strength is increased to 18N/cm, which is 2.3 times higher than ordinary PVC labels. The edge of the laser die-cutting process, with 0.5mm radius corner design, effectively dispersing the stress concentration. After round-trip folding test, the label has no delamination and cracking phenomenon.
