Foreign Trade Team: Galaxy as scroll, business as boat

In order to forge a global service iron army, our foreign trade division launched a "Galaxy Merchant Boat" themed camping team building activity. The activity integrates cross-cultural communication training, and sets up special links such as "time zone tent" and "language drift bottle". In the "Silk Road Situation Drama", members are divided into groups to play ancient caravans and Persian merchants, recreating the tea packaging transaction scene; the "Shipping Chess Game" game requires the team to simulate the international logistics chain and use container models to solve warehousing problems.

The "World Tea Party" under the starry sky has become an emotional bond, with employees born in the 1990s sharing special customer stories and supervisors born in the 1980s imparting crisis handling experience. "When simulating the shipping chess game, we truly understood the customer's anxiety about delivery time." Foreign Trade Manager Zhang Wei said. This team building gave birth to the "customer service response mechanism", which has initially shown results in the development of new customers, and customer satisfaction has increased by 22% month-on-month.
