Product description
Special paper laminated with gray board constructs a stable box body, and the surface lamination treatment presents delicate texture. The double-layer hot stamping process creates a three-dimensional logo, with the English and Chinese characters of "Shanghai Story" glowing on the reddish-brown background, and the 0.3mm gold edge outlining the outline of the box. The lamination process gives the box moisture-proof and wear-resistant characteristics, sealing the sea craftsmanship in a square inch.
Features
1. Special paper outer box: 120g high grams of special paper is selected for laminating, the surface shows delicate fiber texture, and the touch is as warm as silk. The paper surface is embossed to simulate the texture of the fabric, which echoes with the silk scarf lining. The good stiffness of the special paper ensures that the box is three-dimensional, and the dark brown base accentuates the hot-stamped logo, showing low-key luxury.
2. Gray board structure: 3mm high-density gray board is used as the supporting skeleton, and the hexahedral structure provides excellent compression resistance. The edges of the gray board are chamfered to fit perfectly with the special paper.
3. Three-dimensional hot stamping process: double-layer hot stamping technology to create the brand logo: the bottom layer uses matte gold foil to outline the "Shanghai Story" Chinese and English fonts, and the hot stamping area is pressed at a high temperature of 200℃ to ensure that the pattern will never fall off.
4. Lamination: The outer box is covered with biaxially oriented polypropylene film with a thickness of 18μm, which gives the box triple protection against moisture, scratch and dirt.
