Product description
Aluminum foil pouch with window adopts self-supporting pouch structure, and the three-dimensional support design at the bottom ensures that the pouch still stands stably after 1.6kg filling. Transparent window on the front side occupies 40% of the front area, which clearly shows the shape and color of the pellets and enhances the consumer's sense of trust. The top zipper seal has been opened and closed without cracking, with a sealing strength of 0.45kgf/cm², and with the aluminum foil composite material, it effectively blocks 99.8% of oxygen and moisture.
Features
1. Stand-up pouch structure: the bottom of the bag adopts V-shaped crease + square bottom molding process, forming a 120 ° three-dimensional support angle, standing stability of 98% after filling 1.8kg pet food. The bag body is made of PET/PE composite material, with a thickness of 80μm, and a heat compression strength of 1.2kgf/cm² at the bottom.
2. With window design: the front window is made of 30μm transparent PET sheet with 85% light transmittance, with additional AR anti-reflective coating on the surface to reduce light refraction interference. The window and the bag body are welded by ultrasonic wave, the seam strength is 0.6kgf/cm, which can accurately show the shape and color of food particles.
3. Zipper closure: the top zipper is injection molded with PP material, tooth pitch 0.8mm, closing force 1.8kgf. The attenuation rate of sealing performance is less than 5%, and the oxygen transmission rate remains ≤0.2cm³/(m²-24h). Combined with silicone sealing strip, it realizes IP65 grade moisture protection.
